Attendance Certificate
Once payment is made, the student will receive a receipt and, if desired, an attendance certificate or "Kindergeldbescheinigung" for German students.
"Kindergeld" (applies only to German students under 26 years old)
- To be eligible for "Kindergeld," the student must be enrolled in a course of ten (10) hours per week of 45 minutes each. Capicúa classes from Monday to Thursday, along with Friday activities, exceed ten (10) hours of 45 minutes.
-
How to obtain "Kindergeld"?
- Once payment is made (1, 4, 6, 9 months or the full course), the student will receive, if requested, a "Kindergeldbescheinigung" issued by Capicúa via email, which must be sent to the relevant authority in Germany (Kinderstelle).
- The student will receive their "Kindergeldbescheinigung" based on the payment made. If opting for full course payment, only one (1) certificate will be required from the school, or the form needs to be filled out only once. If paying monthly, the certificate will be provided monthly.
Registration Fee
- Registration is free for the 6, 9, and 10-month payment options.
- The 1 and 4-month payment options incur a registration fee of €20.
- Students enrolling in a second course in subsequent years are exempt from paying the registration fee again.

Special Weeks
- Special weeks are those with expected lower student attendance due to many schools being out of session. During these weeks (indicated in the school calendar), we do not continue with the curriculum. Instead, we focus on Spanish culture, such as traditional festivals, gastronomy, Spanish cinema, literature, political system, etc. We may also watch a movie and conduct an activity related to it to exploit this teaching resource. We also dedicate these classes to language games and conversation practice.
- During these weeks, Capicúa reserves the right to group students from different classes and even change the schedule.
Teaching Material (Textbook)
- The teaching material is necessary for teaching and very useful for reference. Therefore, it must be purchased regardless of how frequently the teacher uses it in class.
- The teaching material is always complemented with additional materials (texts, games, interactive material, etc.) to support the learning of the four language skills (reading comprehension, oral and written expression, and listening comprehension).
- Resale: Teaching material cannot be resold to Capicúa once purchased and paid for by the student.
